Bend it Like Buddha Yoga aims to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable space for you to grow in your yoga practice.


All levels of students are welcome from the absolute beginner to the more advanced. Yoga has immense benefits to body, mind and spirit and my classes will guide you towards better health by moving mindfully with the breath, leaving you energised and relaxed.

ABOUT ME

I first discovered yoga in my late teens and regularly attended Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga classes in London. Yoga helped me manage a demanding career and busy home life and kept me physically strong and flexible. Gradually I became more interested in the wider philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga and found going deeper into the practice enabled me to become grounded and resilient to everyday stress. Pranayama and meditation gave me energy and mental clarity and when my children were older I decided to embark on a yoga teacher training course so that I could share this beautiful practice.

I have been teaching yoga since 2010 and teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga as well as Pranayama breathwork and meditation in my group classes, workshop and intensives. I am also a qualified yoga therapist and can work with you on an individual basis to address specific conditions and therapeutic needs. I continue to learn, grow, develop and deepen my knowledge of yoga with a variety of wonderful teachers and enjoy passing on all I learn to my students. My classes are for everybody and I aim to create an enjoyable, life enhancing and safe space for my students to come to love yoga as I do.
