Terms & Conditions

The cost includes all meals, yoga sessions, and any other additional yoga activity we are offering on the retreat. It does not include travel to the venue, massages or other therapies, which are priced individually, and payment is made directly to the therapist.

Mats and other yoga equipment are provided.

To secure your place a non-refundable deposit of £50 is to be paid.   Your place is not secured until we have received the deposit.

The balance of £370 pp is due by 17th May 2024, and we will send you a reminder of this.  If we do not receive payment by this date, we reserve the right to reallocate your place. We will ask you to complete a health and information form before the balance is due.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel, we will do our best to fill your place and fully refund you (minus the deposit). If we cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:

If you cancel 1-14 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 15 - or more days before the retreat you will be charged 60% of the retreat price.

All bookings are non-transferable.

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel and are not due a refund in terms of the above policy.

If for any reason both teachers are not able to come due to ill health or other reasons a replacement teacher of similar style and quality will step in. The chances of this happening are very slim.  Or a full refund will be given.

General

If you have a specific dietary requirement, please inform us of this at the time of booking (on the health and information form).

 Pets are not allowed on the retreat.

We reserve the right to alter the program or provide an alternative teacher in unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to turn any person away from attending the retreat.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. If that is the case the retreat a full refund will be given.

Without limitation, Bend it Like Buddha and/or Ashtanga Yoga Banbury is not responsible nor liable for any bodily injury, death, war, threat of war, delays, changes or losses caused by, but not limited to, acts of God, closure or diversion of transportation, civil strife, natural disasters accidents or any other events beyond my control.  Guests’ illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the retreat, loss of or damage to personal property, is not the responsibility nor liability of ourselves.
