Classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners although a reasonable level of fitness is advised for Ashtanga classes. See schedule below.

THURSDAY - Yoga for a Healthy Spine (pre-book only block of 6 classes) 7th January - 13th February 2025 7 - 8.30pm Malpas Community Church SY14 8NR
