CLASSES ARE IN-PERSON

Classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners although a reasonable level of fitness is advised for Ashtanga classes. See schedule below.

TUESDAY - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (reasonable level of fitness required) 7.15 - 8.45 pm Tilston Memorial Hall SY14 7HH

THURSDAY - Yoga for the Shoulders & Upper Body (6 week course 18th April - 23rd May 2024) 7 - 8.30pm Malpas Community Church SY14 8NR
