My Services

Classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners although a reasonable level of fitness is advised for Ashtanga classes. Modifications/suitable alternative postures will be offered to help those new to yoga or where necessary.

“I have been to a few workshops hosted by Heather with guest teachers, each excellent in their own way.  Today I attended one of Heather’s own workshops which was a yin practice working towards some of the more difficult backbends.  It was a great afternoon, the yin practice was challenging but fun and we finished with some yang to see the benefits, working on camel, thunderbolt and upward bow.  All in a nice relaxed atmosphere.  Heather is a great teacher and I highly recommend her workshops.  The icing on the cake is a beautiful venue with underfloor heating!”
